Have you ever felt a negative vibe as soon as you walked into a room but know one was in it? If so, then you’ll understand why cleansing your space is just as important as cleansing your aura. As we live our daily lives, we come in contact with so many different vibes and people. We don’t realize or even acknowledge it takes a toll on us. We all must be very careful not to let any negativity or low vibrations effect our well being, so what better way to do that than to Sage.
For those who maybe unfamiliar with Sage; it’s a Herb that can be used for cooking (seasoning), medically, and spirituality.
Knowing when to Sage is for your well being, so below I left some examples on when will be a good time too cleanse
- When you move into a new home
- When you begin a new job or start your own business (location)
- After guests leave your home
- Before meditation
- After arguments or illnesses
- Coming home from crowded events or places such as Clubs, Seminars, Work, Hospitals etc
To cleanse properly light your Sage Stick or place your sage inside a charcoal incense burner & fan your hand over the smoke. Continue as if your painting the room with the smoke or you can go in a circular motion. Make sure to crack a window, so the negativity can make a exit. To cleanse your body hold your arms out, as if your trying to make the letter T. Start from the bottom of your feet and make your way to the top of your head and make sure not to miss your legs, torso, back, arms, and chest. This year will only be about positivity, and prosperity, so make sure to keep your Sage near by. You never know when you may need to cleanse yourself or your environment.
